Application Procedures
1. Application Requirements:
Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationals, holding valid passport and in good health;
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; age between 18 to 60;
2. Application Materials to be Submitted
(1) Applicants should download and complete the application form“Jilin University Application Form for International Student” from the website of JLU’s Office of International Students
(2) Copy of passport
(3) Send the receipt of registration fee
3. Application Time
Degree pursuing applicants are supposed to submit application materials to the Office of International Students by May 30 (study starts from September the same year), or by November 30 (study starts from March the next year).
4. Admission
If applicants are approved, Office of International Students will send the Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Visit China (the JW202 Form), Jilin University International Student Admission Notice, and Guide Line to applicants. The applicants should bring all required documents to the Embassy/Consulate of the People’s Republic of China in the applicants’ home country and apply for a study visa (X) or visit visa (F).
